A used computer is not the same as a useless computer. We have customers all over the computer spectrum, and some of them don't need the latest and greatest computer. When customers trade-in their computers, usually because they're purchasing a new computer from us, we restore them to their former glory.

We wipe out all of the previous user's information and fully evaluate the computer. If any parts need replacing, we replace them early in the process. Just as with our new computers, our refurbished computers go through extensive testing before they're offered for sale. They come ready to go with Windows or Linux and all the security patches that were available when we refurbished them. We even include a basic warranty.
